LegalSaaS is exclusively for legal professionals and individuals aged 18+ with legal knowledge. By creating an account, you confirm: - You are 18 years or older. - You are a legal professional or have sufficient legal knowledge to review AI-generated documents. - You will not use this platform for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

All documents are AI-assisted drafts. They are NOT legal advice. They have NOT been reviewed by a human advocate. You MUST review every generated document with a licensed advocate before signing, filing, or relying upon it. LegalSaaS accepts no liability for losses from use of documents without proper legal review.

You may NOT: - Generate documents for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes. - Circumvent usage limits or tamper with the API. - Share account credentials. - Process data of individuals without their consent. - Reverse engineer or resell our AI outputs.

You are responsible for accuracy of data entered. You confirm you have the right to enter third-party personal data (party names, addresses) and that those individuals have consented. Document field data is sent to our AI providers — see our Privacy Policy.

Free plan: 3 documents total at no charge. Monthly plan: ₹299/month for unlimited documents. Yearly plan: ₹2,999/year for unlimited documents (save ₹589). Payments processed by Razorpay. Refunds available within 7 days of payment if no documents were generated in that period. Contact grievance@legalsaas.in for refunds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalSaaS's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of contract or legal liability from AI-generated documents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
